Are fake sneakers illegal?
Are fake sneakers really considered illegal? I've heard mixed opinions on the topic and I'm curious to know if there's a clear-cut answer. From what I understand, producing and selling counterfeit sneakers violates trademark laws and can result in legal consequences for the manufacturers and sellers. But what about consumers who unwittingly purchase fake sneakers? Are they also breaking the law, or is it solely the responsibility of the sellers to ensure authenticity?
